You can contact our sales team for the free review samples, we may provide some free samples when a new product just released.

Currently we don’t provide on-line purchase service on our official website, but if you live in United States, you can order UltraTac products on our Amazon Store.

If you live in other countrys, you can buy from our online retailers or you can contact the local distributors. If you are not familiar with any distributor, we can recommend for you.

OEM / ODM order is warmly welcomed in UltraTac, Our design team have 8 years successful experiences in doing OEM and ODM projects. We can give you the professional suggestions on design, functions, etc.

To protect your 10440 Li-ion battery, avoid battery over-discharge, the K18 v2017 light will drop down to low mode automatically and flash 3 times every 5 seconds when the battery is lower than 2.9V.

UltraTac flashlight warranty period is 24 months.

The reasons contribute to foggy len are as follows:
1.The heat-conducting glue used contains too much water, the water is vaporized onto the len after heating.
2.The assembly environment is too humid.
3.The flashlight body is too hot after turn-on, some vapor get congealed when it touches glass.

The color temperature is about 6500K to 7000K. We insist on using CREE color tint 1A0 bin for cold white light.
